Health is a term that is constant reference in modern society. And most basic definition is the state of being free from illness or injury, according to Merriam Webster, but it has become an adjective for a highly flexible variety of things to describe, we can speak of healthy people, healthy animals , healthy relationships, the governments that operate in a healthy way, etc. So what health really means? Going one step further, what it means to be a healthy person?

If you think about it, this is a very loaded statement, and it goes beyond freedom from physical ailments. According to the WHO healthy way to a kind of harmony with all key factors in our lives to realize: social, physical, environmental and psychological / spiritual. So how can we achieve the kind of health care that promotes the WHO?

So how can we get back on track and maintain our health and well being holistic and integrated? The answer is simple in theory and practice hard, we make a choice to be healthy.
A lifestyle that you remain physically, socially and psychologically / spiritually healthy to choose to be healthy and then the habits that choice to build support. Contrary to popular belief, we control our feelings, desires, thoughts and habits. If you want to be socially healthy, choose to surround themselves with love, care and stable people. If you want to be physically healthy, do your best to stay active, eat well and sleep enough. If you want to psychologically and spiritually healthy, you have the time to identify the strengths and weaknesses as a person learn and work the mind into a positive, loving and happy place, however, manifesting for you, whether through meditation , prayer, or a long walk in nature.
Health is difficult to define, yet we all know what that means, because all we can feel when things are unhealthy. You can not have the power to control everything in your life, you can not control when you have cancer, you can not determine if you are born into a dysfunctional family. But you have the power to determine how it will respond to adversity and how you plan to have a healthy lifestyle based on healthy habits to continue, and this is the key, we need not be perfect, but we are able to consistently achieve balance and happiness.
